From DallasE: 28mm Normans & Vikings

Dallas sends in two great groups of Dark Ages figures, one Viking and the other Norman.

The Vikings are from the 28mm Wargames Foundry range. 

Dallas, is the wolfhound Foundry as well? I quite like him.

The next group is a contingent of dismounted Normans. These are 28mm Gripping Beast figures.

I teased Dallas, asking what he was going to do with those two empty handed Normans. I thought he could model-in pints of beer. It could portray the nefarious Norman terror tactics  used against their reluctant English subjects - this one being the denial of beer. Yes, a crime against humanity if there ever was one...

Two of the Normans are prior to the Challenge so these boys (and shaggy hound) will give Dallas 65 points to his tally. Very nice stuff, Dallas! This brings him right in the rear-view- mirror of fellow Conscript Greg...

From JuanM: French and Indian Wars Militiaman (5 points)

Hey, wait, this is not Napoleonic - Juan, you're supposed to be doing Napoleonics.  Juan has has obviously had a test of faith and has switched back to French and Indian Wars.

This militiaman in a Scot's bonnet is a 28mm Galloping Major figure from their French and Indian Wars range.

Napoleonics or not this guy will still give Juan another 5 points (and slips past me on the scoreboard, damn). Great figure, Juan!

From KentG: 28mm Early Imperial Roman Command Stand & Auxiliary Cavalry (75 points)

Kent sends in this excellent Imperial Roman command stand and a fine unit of Auxiliary cavalry.

These are 28mm Wargames Foundry models.

Again, Kent has done a wonderful job with freehanding the shield designs.

This entry will give him 75 points to add to his widening lead. Next for Kent will be 15mm WWII Soviet armour.

From TimB: 28mm Great War British Artillery (35 points)

Tim is back with another very fine entry of an early-period British Great War 18-pound artillery piece and crew.

Both the 28mm figures and the gun model are from the Renegade Miniature range. I really like how 'solid' these castings look - I'm going to have to try some.

This group will give Tim another 35 points to his score. Great work, Tim!
