6mm Bases for 'Grande Armee' in the Napoleonic Gallery

I'm going to interrupt my 28mm Napoleonic love-in for something a little different, well, in scale at least. For those who may be interested I've put up a few shots in the Napoleonic Gallery of my 6mm Adler collection that I use for playing 'Grande Armee'.

  1. Some good stuff there.

I'm rebasing my 6mm Napoleonic British and Prussians (Baccus) at present. Aiming to get 40+ bases finished eventually (including Portuguese and Dutch allies)

    http://philbancients.blogspot.com and look under 'Napoleonics'

  2. Phil, very nice blog! I really like your composition and groundwork. I see you've gone with 3" square bases - good man - I find this dimension gives the best sense of mass. I also notice that you had some issues with warping. If feel your pain. This is why I opted with 3mm ply as it keeps its shape and allows a good profile for fingers to grip onto.

Thanks for your comment! As long as you're not a spam droid I'll have it up on the blog soon. :)
