I present to you Felicity Foxcroft, dilettante, freelance spy and all-around heart-breaker.
I've had this figure in my stores for quite a while, and for the life of me I can't remember where I got her from. She looks like a Hasslefree, Statuesque, or a Pulp Miniature sculpt. Hmm, I dunno. No matter, I think she's quite the dish with her slinky evening gown, long silk gloves, and, the ultimate accessory for a lady-about-town: a .38 snub nose revolver.
Felicity will be a welcome addition to our Pulp collection. I know for certain she'll charm the socks off of the next Shoggoth we happen across.

This is a fantastic figure....shame you have had her a while, I suspect she may no longer be in production as if she was, I would quite likely have purchased her! Off to check Statuesque just in case!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have no idea why they pulled the range. They were spectacular models. Shame really.
DeleteI guess if they only sell half a dozen every six months, they feel it's not worth the effort but I agree, if I could create something like this, I would not withdraw it! I think possibly the figure is from Artizan Thrilling Tales....there is a female agent on there that looks similar in any case!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I know which one you're speaking of. I have 'Agent Lake', and while very good, I don't think she's as fine as this model. Hopefully someone has picked up the range, or they'll reissue it. Maybe drop them a note to see if they have any old stock?
DeleteNo - you are right - I went back and had a look and although the pose is similar, its not the same figure - shame! I might try your suggestion :)
