From KentG: 28mm Early Imperial Roman Command Stand & Auxiliary Cavalry (75 points)

Kent sends in this excellent Imperial Roman command stand and a fine unit of Auxiliary cavalry.

These are 28mm Wargames Foundry models.

Again, Kent has done a wonderful job with freehanding the shield designs.

This entry will give him 75 points to add to his widening lead. Next for Kent will be 15mm WWII Soviet armour.

From TimB: 28mm Great War British Artillery (35 points)

Tim is back with another very fine entry of an early-period British Great War 18-pound artillery piece and crew.

Both the 28mm figures and the gun model are from the Renegade Miniature range. I really like how 'solid' these castings look - I'm going to have to try some.

This group will give Tim another 35 points to his score. Great work, Tim!

From FranL: 20mm Soviet Infantry Platoon (128 points)

Fran is going hard with his WWII Soviet collection and we see here a fresh platoon of 32 figures, which includes squad LMGs and a command section.

These are 20mm figures from The Plastic Toy Soldier Company

Fran, do you use an ink wash or a type of dip for the shading? I like the effect you've achieved with these.

Fran will be queuing-up another platoon, his third, to fill-out this company to full strength.

These lads will give Fran 128 points to add to his total. Nicely done, they look great!

From IanW: 28mm WWII Germans (20 points)

Ian tells me these four figures, depicting members of the 10th Infantry Regiment 'Waffenrock', are his first foray away from 15mm figures in around 20 years.

These are 28mm Artizan Design castings which Ian quite recommends. He'll be expanding on these with more Artizan plus Bolt Action figures.

A few of these will be rebased to be used as markers in an adaptation of 'Advanced Squad Leader' (ASL).

Nicely done, Ian! These four will give him 20 points to add to his score.
