For Fathers Day: 'I betcha my dad can beat up your dad...'

Just a small update this week. This time we have a VERY large Deep One who has come ashore to remind his Innsmouth brethren of the eldritch power of Father Dagon (and pick up a few groceries for the missus).

This big fella is from Uncle Mike's 'Strange Aeons' range of figures. A very nice lump of resin that went together without a hitch and was a pleasure to work with.

The other Deep One hybrids are from Brigade Games which I did a post a few years ago which you can see here if you like.

Thanks for dropping by folks! I hope you have a great week - enjoy Father's Day next weekend.

Next Up: Some Bad Boys from Bern.

    1. Thanks Sander! Next up will be some Reisläufer, not their contractual competitors the over-dressed, over-paid, and over-sexed Landsknechts. ;)

    1. Though Winnipeg is in the middle of the Canadian prairies I know there has been confirmation of Deep One activity there - mostly in Wolesey. :)

  3. NICE!! I've been daydreaming about doing an Innsmouth game for years. Sadly it's a project which I'll probably never get around to starting, so it's nice to be able to enjoy yours. Thanks for sharing these guys. I love them.

    1. Thanks Mr. Mouse. Check out the game 'Strange Aeons'. You don't need many figures to play and it gives a wonderful, fun game.

    1. Thanks Martin! He is a rather large Sturgeon, isn't he. You'd need LOTS of chips and tartar sauce for that chap! :)

  8. Curt - they are magnificent! Beautifully chosen and painted. And thank you so much for introducing me to Uncle Mike's - I've been looking for some decent hybrids and they really fit the bill. I love their hybrid in a wheel chair.

    1. Thanks very much Matthew! Yes, Mike's hybrids are creepily excellent. As I sit here I see the chap in the wheelchair waiting in the wings for some inspiration.
